Why do you want to be staff here?
I would like to become a staff member at ProjectGaming.gg because I take community management seriously and enjoy helping create a server that is well-organized, professional, and enjoyable for everyone.

One of the most important things to me is making sure players have a good experience, both within the community and in-game. A successful RP server is not only about having good systems and rules - it is also about having people who are willing to help players understand them.

I have noticed that newer players sometimes need more than just user guides or written tutorials. Having someone available who can personally explain how things work, answer questions in chat, and guide them through the server can make a huge difference. I would be more than happy to take that role and help new players gain a proper understanding of both the rules and how RP is supposed to work.

When players understand the rules, respect each other, and actually engage in roleplay, even a single hour of gameplay can turn into a memorable evening. I would love to contribute towards building that kind of environment and eventually see ProjectGaming.gg consistently reaching 50+ active players, whether that is during weekends or regular weekdays.

I have played Garry's Mod for many years, and it has honestly been a part of my teenage years and beyond. I'm 28 now, so I suppose I'm becoming one of the old guys at this point. 😄

Outside of GMod, I also have experience running my own gaming community involving games such as World of Warcraft, The Elder Scrolls Online, Diablo IV, and Arma Reforger. Because of this, I have experience with community management, organization, handling players, and understanding what it takes to keep a community running properly.

I am also very interested in the development side of communities. I enjoy coming up with new gameplay and RP ideas, finding bugs, noticing things that could be improved, and generally helping polish systems until everything works as smoothly as possible. I can be extremely detail-oriented when something doesn't work quite right — maybe a little too much sometimes. 😄

I am not applying simply because I want a staff rank or additional permissions. I want to be part of the team because I genuinely want to contribute, help players, support the server, and help ProjectGaming.gg continue growing. Admin/Staff/Underboos what ever, etc. etc..

How much time a week are you able to dedicate towards staffing?
10-15 hours + more weekends. ( Got real-life work too )

Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?
I would describe myself as a calm, mature, and straightforward person. I take responsibility seriously, but I also believe that being part of a community should be enjoyable.

I am not afraid to admit when I make a mistake. If I make the wrong decision, I would rather acknowledge it, learn from it, and improve than try to defend something I know was wrong. I am also open to feedback from other staff members and management.

When dealing with players, I prefer to listen to both sides of a situation before making a decision. I don't believe staff should immediately assume that one person is right or wrong simply because of their rank, reputation, or previous history. Rules should be enforced fairly and consistently.

I am also the type of person who notices small details. If I find a bug, something that doesn't make sense, or an area of the server that could potentially be improved, I will usually notice it and bring it up. At the same time, I understand the difference between suggesting improvements and trying to overrule the people responsible for the server.

Most importantly, I am not looking for staff permissions so I can feel more important than other players. Staff should be there to support the community, solve problems, and help create good RP — not interfere with it unnecessarily.

I am always willing to learn, and if I become part of the team, I will do my best to earn the trust that comes with the position.

Other than that, I think the best way to get to know me is simply to have a conversation with me. 🙂
