Why do you want to be staff here?
I want to become a staff member on Project Gaming because I believe the server and its community are genuinely a great place to contribute my experience. I had initially considered applying for staff but was hesitant to commit. However, with Dab's encouragement, I decided to give it a shot.
Given my previous experience in GMod communities spanning over 2,000 hours of GMod playtime, I believe I can bring valuable knowledge and advice to Dab and the rest of the staff team. I look forward to working alongside other staff members, helping players when needed, and maintaining a positive environment while fairly enforcing the server rules.

Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?
While my previous experience does not directly pertain to the MafiaRP genre, I have held both senior staff and ownership positions on high-population MilitaryRP servers. My most notable experience was as the owner and a full-time staff member of Kronos Networks, a server that I managed and helped grow to over 70 concurrent players at its peak. The server operated for approximately three months, including a two-week period in which it consistently reached its highest player counts.
Following the closure of Kronos Networks, several members of my staff team went on to hold staff positions on Prometheus and Diverge, including Sharp, who is a current UA member on Prometheus, and Changin/Ohionice, who is staff on Diverge. This experience gave me a strong understanding of staff management, player moderation, server operations, and the responsibilities that come with maintaining an active community.
